Market, technical and financial analysis to assess positioning and economic potential, delivering initial concept directions.

Creation of concept
Creation of a comprehensive Concept Book combining storytelling, brand platform, culinary identity, menu architecture, and guest experience markers — complemented by spatial zoning, design guidelines, and art direction.

Concept rollout
Detailed programming of spaces, recipe development and service procedures, definition of equipment and tableware requirements, preparation of a detailed operating budget, recruitment support, project coordination, and design and art direction supervision.

Opening support & follow-up
Launch-phase support including team training and operational setup, followed by continuous quality monitoring, menu evolution, and performance tracking through key KPIs
